A Day in the Life

7:00 Wake up, get out of bed, drag a comb across your head

7:30 -  Arrive at Breakthrough

7:35 - Set up microscopes for science class

7:45 - Help team set up breakfast for students

8:00 - SING good morning to the students as they get off bus

8:15 - 8:30: Enjoy a healthy breakfast with the students

8:40 - 9:30:  Teach 1st bell 7th grade science

9:35 - 10:25:  Free bell: work on next week's lesson plans

10:25 - 10:45: All School Meeting (its like a huge daily pep assembly).  Get pied in the face for 2 pi day (6/28)

10: 50 - 11:40: Free bell: Help set up Friday field trip to the zoo

11: 45 - 12:35: Teach 4th bell 7th grade science

12:40 - 1:00: Nutrious Lunch with students!

1:00 - 1:15: Recess and an intense game of 4-square with the 6th graders

1:20 - 1:40: Advisory time.  Go over study skills and talk about peer pressure

1:45 - 2:25: Co-teach Latin I class: Amos, Amas, Amat!

2:30 - 3:10: Mini-course time: Work on swimming

3:15: Dismissal: SING Goodbye to the studnets

3:30 - 3:50: Full Faculty meeting.

3:55 - 4:15: Meet in teams to discuss student progress and re-decorate hallways for Visitor's Day.

4:20 - 4:45: Work on lesson for tomorrow.  Set up dissection tables for frogs.

5:00: Head home, get some sleep and get ready to do it again!
