School Year Programs
For Students:
All students who participated and completed Summer Academic Session 2008 are eligible to participate in the weekly tutoring and academic enrichment lessons this fall. Beginning October 8th, sessions will be held every Wednesday afternoon and Saturday morning at Walnut Hills High School. Information including enrollment forms and school year recommendations will be mailed home to all students the week of August 25. Please complete the enrollment forms and return to the Breakthrough office by September 25th
For Teachers:
Breakthrough Cincinnati is currently seeking talented high school and college students interested in serving as school year tutors and teachers. Ranked as a top ten internship by the Princeton Review, a position as a teacher with Breakthrough is a very demanding and rewarding internship. Teachers will receive a stipend for their work. No previous teaching experience is required, only a love of learning and a desire to make a difference.
All teaching vacancies for Fall 2008 School Year Program have been filled. Application for Spring 2009 Teachers will be available in late November.
